まったく、東電ってのはけしから…ってオイそれ安全率かけてるだけじゃねーの？
重要なインフラで安全率1.15ってのは、母数の変動幅は知らんけど、それでもギリギリまで削った値だと思うぞ。
ちょいと調べたら、宇宙工学機器レベル(極限まで削り倒し)で安全率1.15だそうな。
というか、配電エリアごとに精密な配電能力があってこそ15%まで削れた、ってのはすごいことなんじゃねーの?
まさか、「全体の発電量」が東京電力のカバー範囲にあまねく自由に分配できる、なんて思ってる人が…いるんだろうな。きっと。
